Job Role: Analyst Trainee (IT Support)
As an Analyst Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line technical support to clients across the globe.
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues and resolving IT-related problems.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, support tickets, and knowledge base.
- Collaborating with global teams to ensure quick resolution.
- Working in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams).
- Batch: 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs.
- Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG.
- Open to Indian nationals only.
- Not Eligible: BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed, PG courses.
