👨💻 Job Role Overview
As an Analyst Trainee, you will provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist global users with technical queries, ensuring seamless system functionality.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support and resolve user issues

Log support tickets and ensure timely resolutions

Troubleshoot software/hardware and minimize system downtime

Collaborate with IT teams for complex issue resolution

Maintain documentation and knowledge base
📝 Eligibility Criteria

Graduation Year: 2022, 2023, or 2024 only

Degree: Full-time 3-year degrees only – BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics)

Academic Performance: Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG

Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech/B.Com/BA/B.Ed/PG students
