- Manage and resolve customer queries in the Customer Support vertical
- Handle escalations, complaints, and dissatisfied customers with best resolutions
- Ensure complaint closure within defined SLAs
- Deliver customer service as a value-adding differentiator in the market
- Solve routine problems by referring to standard guidelines
- Work independently as an individual contributor within a focused team scope
- Required to work in rotational shifts
