• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year, up to 3 years in customer service or chat support

• Shifts: Rotational (should be flexible including night shifts)

• Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office role)

• KPI Knowledge: Should be familiar with customer satisfaction, resolution rate, and chat handling metrics

3. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay updated on all product and policy changes

   • Provide accurate and concise responses

4. Chat Management:

   • Handle multiple chats simultaneously

   • Maintain high standards of speed, clarity, and customer satisfaction

5. Documentation:

   • Record all interactions and resolutions for internal tracking

   • Maintain quality standards in logging support cases
