- Shifts: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM), 2 Week Offs

👉 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Any Graduate (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle inbound calls & emails with high accuracy
- Familiarity with Ticket Tracking Systems (ServiceNow preferred), ERP, MS Office
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset & attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within SLA targets
- Quick learner, team player, punctual and disciplined
👉 Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls/emails & log cases accurately in required tools
- Provide Tier 2 HR customer support ensuring issue resolution & customer satisfaction
- Support candidates with recruitment processes (new hires, rehires)
- Provide navigation support on self-service portals
- Perform security checks as per company policies & GDPR guidelines
- Maintain updated process documentation (DTPs, Knowledgebase, SharePoint)
- Contribute actively in team discussions and process improvements
- Ensure high call quality standards while minimizing escalations
