Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end & period-end closing activities
- Prepare and post journal entries & accruals
- Conduct balance sheet & bank reconciliations
- Handle variance analysis and reporting
- Support internal & external audits
- Maintain proper financial documentation
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of RTR (Record to Report)
- Hands-on experience in Journal Entries, Accruals, Reconciliation
- ERP knowledge (SAP FI preferred)
- Understanding of GAAP / IFRS
- Good communication skills
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com (Finance background mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Must have 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
- Must generate EPCN number before interview
