Job Description/Skills Required

  • Financial Data Analysis and Reconciliations:

    – Monitor balances and control reports, perform complex reconciliations, identify variances and work with Finance & IT to resolve issues as needed.
    -Analyse any Finance Data irregularities and coordinate solution with other Finance Operation teams and other EE teams.
    -Develop as a Finance Data expert to provide extended support to various global stakeholders for any adhoc requests.
    -Prepare Source to Conforming Layer data reconciliations and publish results as requested.
  • Data Quality Control:

    -Review Data mappings between assigned source systems and conforming layer (CL) to meet the data needs of the EE platform.
    -Coordinate with Global stakeholders i.e. Business Partners, Finance Operations, Master Data Management (MDM) for testing and implementation of recommended mappings.
    -Support Finance, Tax and other stakeholders to prepare fixes for any variances and/or alignment of historical data due to change of mapping.
    -Ensure data related control processes are adhered to and make recommendations for improvements in Data.
  • Change Management, Project Support and Ad-hoc activities:

    -Support conversion/Integration activities, perform Finance impact assessment and work with different teams for any data clean-up projects.
    -Work on changes requested by Finance or Business Partners in Conforming Layer / Mappings and provide complete financial analysis and impact assessment.
    -Support business specification development for any new system deployment and/or enhancements to existing systems.
    -Perform User and/or Business Validation Testing (UAT/BVT). Includes extraction of data, review results during various stages i.e. DEV, UAT, BVT and document results and provide / coordinate sign-off’s.
    -Work on any ad-hoc activities or projects as assigned and be open for travelling to support business needs.
  • Month/Quarter/Year Close support:

    -Support periodic close activities, manage/work on ad-hoc requests and perform end to end investigations for the close.
    -Prepare data to support finance journals to fix any data/reconciliations issues.
    -Review existing data to align with next year Business plan
