Job Description: -Drive creation and monitoring of a robust set of metrics – Establish service level agreements for all processes in collaboration with operational leaders – Drive process improvements across all processes in collaboration with operational leaders – Drive automation across all processes in collaboration with operational leaders – Work with the finance shared services and transformation leaders to create a vision for each process/function including development of RACI Preparation for the quarterly business reviews in collaboration with operational leaders
