Job Description/Skills Required
- Following up with the bank for EBRC (Bank Realization Certificate) and marking off the entries in EDPMS Statement.
- Ensuring Timely Compliance and submission of all the documents (Stock Statement, Financial Follow up Report, Forex Exposure Certificate) as required by bankers.
- Ensuring Timely and Accurate Preparation of various monthly MIS Reporting for Revenue, Collections, Debtors & Creditors Ageing, etc.
- Handling vendor payments, ensuring timely payments, resolving requester queries and Payment checking
- Arranging Timely and Accurate MIS, AR/AP, variance analysis and various other periodical reports to Management and other concerned parties
- Providing Day to Day Supervision & Financial Export Accounting
- Preparing Export expense budget report.
- Maintaining Country wise Sales & Stock Report
