Job description or Responsibilities as follows.- Head Accounts Shared Services

Responsible for-
1.Statutory compliances with expect to Direct/Indirect taxes.
2.Maintenance of consolidated financial report.
3.Overall responsibility of Accounts receivables, Accounts payable,Asset Account, General Ledger.
4.Maintenance of management reports.
5.Handling external statutory auditors, audits & Tax audits
