- Managing customer outstanding amounts for Titan Fragrances • Collecting the payment advice and putting it in a format to account the payment advice.
- Checking scheme calculations and advising the regional commercial team to account the debit notes and issue credit notes. • Preparing the debtors ageing statement and circulating with the sales team to ensure overdue amounts are collected from associates.
- Get balance confirmations from customers • Reconciliation of books of accounts of the Company with the books of accounts of customers.
