Job Description/Skills Required

  • Design the strategy and direct the management of concerned departments to ensure that all stakeholder expectations are satisfactorily met. Formulate and implement Legal strategies by pre-empting likely changes in the legal environment to reduce number of litigations as well as cost of litigation against the Company. Provide expert guidance to business HR / COEs/ sister concerns on Legal matters and manage all IR sensitivities at the time of land acquisition and compliance with all land and lease requirements. Direct implementation of all rehabilitation and resettlement policies and compliance with the applicable state policies to ensure provision of appropriate resettlement measures. Manage all stakeholders and enter into necessary agreements to ensure smooth operations at the new location of operations. Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance..
