Job Description:– Lead India Revenue team (including subscription and professional services revenue) and manage day-to-day revenue operation tasks Manage monthly and quarterly revenue close and ensure timeline is met and that reporting is accurate. Prepare quarter-end presentations for management. Review the work of the team and ensure it is maintained at a high quality. Guide team in providing insights to balances and reconciliations. Clearly understand the “why” and “how” and guide the team solve problems. Work with a multi-national & multi cultural team and mentor team members in a way that enhances efficiency, effectiveness, and team work. Ability to provide clear vision to the team on management objectives and team growth. Maintain formal accounting practices and procedures to ensure US GAAP compliance and strong internal control. Understand Revenue and Order to Cash business processes and drive process improvements. Participate in the Order to Cash wide system enhancements to enable ServiceNow to grow and scale. Help to develop trainings on revenue recognition rules, policies and practices.
