Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Will be working as a Coordinator / Key contact Team lead for Handling German Helpdesk for Invoice to Pay Process for the complete German Region. This includes efficient handling of the Incoming Queries (generic & specific) from German Vendors, Bosch User Depts. like Purchase, Logistics, Finance, etc. 2. To ensure all Level 1 & level 2 Queries coming through the designated channels CRM tool, Generic Mailbox and Hotline are answered as per the SLA agreed and with Quality.
- 3. Liaison with Operations team to ensure any issues pertaining to the queries are resolved internally before responding to the queries 4. Ensure 100% Quality of the Responses with regards to the adequacy of the response and German Language, includes External Communications to Vendors and Internal Stakeholders in German Language
- 5. Respond to queries from operations team with regards to German Language 6. Responsible for all Timely escalation of the Unresolved / Disputed cases to internal business partners (level 3) and follow-up for resolutions. Document Lessons Learnt and implement measures to reduce cases being escalated to Level 3 7. Create a structure to the Help desk process , Identify opportunities for improvements and implement suitable measures to improve the overall quality of output
