Job Description/Skills Required

  • 1. Distributor Onboarding – Credit evaluation – Code creation/ Distributor onboarding Portal – KYC Documentation – Recommendation & Coordination with banker for Channel Finance adoption 2. Order Management & Collection – Monitoring of Daily Limits & collections for billing support – Clearing of Customer ledger & interface with IT for support – Facilitate generation of sale order as per the daily plan & orders – Credit limit check for billing – Approvals for additional credit as per policy – Ensure collections from Distributors as per the credit period – Develop process to reduce receivables – Coordinate pricing & inventory checks in SAP for billing – Overdues management – Coordination with KAMs/Customers for Sales return/Recoveries in case of bounces – Coordination with banks for Channel Finance limits & billing.
