Job Description/Skills Required

  • Acquire and maintain business loans clients for the bank Perform various financing activities as per the customer’s requirement Negotiate deals by interacting with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance. Desired Candidate Profile Acquire & maintain customer relationship and understanding their needs for cross-sell Acquiring trade clients, assets, forex, portfolio management, and CASA values Sourcing current accounts and dealing in various Trade and Treasury Products, Bill Discounting, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Cash Credit / Overdraft, Payment and Cash Management, Factoring, etc Customizing product as per the customer requirements Plan the activities to acquire New Client acquisition Providing support in all the operational activities of bank New client acquisition for working capital Coordinating with credit team and other related departments To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio. To support/implement marketing initiatives and lead generation channels Sourcing business for credit proposals from corporate Act as single point for customer query resolution Technical expertise in areas of- Working capital/ business banking, Credit Marketing, first level of credit appraisal. Need persons who are presently working as a Relationship Manager and managing working capital product and catering to ticket size ranging from 2 to 50 crores.
