- Must have experience in handling huge sales team, assigning monthly targets & support in achieving the same
- Expertise in handling more than 10-15 branches
- Strong Business, Collections & recovery procedures
- Identification & Maintenance of good dealer relationship (Existing & New)
- Need to handle around 200 Crores of LOS of pure 3W/SCV 4 wheeler contracts.
- Ensuring to close all monthly contracts as per TAT Contracts (Avg. 10000 contracts Per Annum)
- Good at negotiation & bargaining with the clients
