Job Description/Skills Required

• Be responsible for Accounts Payable responsibilities for a global clients F&A process
• Be responsible for Transitions as well as BAU of mentioned activities
• Will be independently responsible for all accounts payable activities for the assigned entity
• Be responsible for Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor Master, Vendor Helpdesk, Vendor Portal, P-Card, etc. T&E, 1099 reporting, credit card, corporate card processing.
• Responsible for Quality Check of Weekly Transactions
• Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements
• Implement effective Internal Controls and Compliances with respect to all Financial Transactions
• Should have experience of SAP/ People soft and have done transition an accounts payable process(preferred)
• Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management
• Client Management
