In the latest elections 2019, CS Ranjeet Pandey, a Fellow Member of the Institute has been elected as President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the year 2019 w.e.f. 19th January, 2019. CS Ashish Garg, a Fellow Member of the Institute has been elected as the Vice President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the year 2019 w.e.f.

About CS Ranjeet Pandey, President, The ICSI:
He is a Law Graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and also a Graduate in Science (B.Sc). He is a Nominee of the Council in ‘Vision New ICSI 2022’. CS Ranjeet Pandey was a member of Secretarial Standard Board (SSB) of ICSI for year 2015, 2016, 2018.
He was a member of the Working Committee of MCA for streamlining ‘Working under the Companies Act, 2013’. He was also the Chairman of the Golden Jubilee Organizing Committee of ICSI.
He was an elected Central Council Member of ICSI for the term 2015-2018 and re-elected for the term 2019-2022. CS Ranjeet Pandey was a Regional Council Member of NIRC of ICSI for two terms i.e. 2007-2010 and 2011-2014 and has been Chairman at NIRC of ICSI for the year 2011.
About Vice president CS Ashish Garg,:
He is a Post Graduate in Economics (M.A.) and Commerce (M.Com.) and Graduate in Law (L.LB.) from Vikram University, Ujjain. He was elected to the Central Council of the ICSI for the term 2015-2018 and re-elected for the term 2019-2022. He was the Chairman of Practicing Company Secretaries Committee of the ICSI for the year 2015-16.
He was also the Chairman of Centre of Corporate Governance, Research and Training (CCGRT) for the year 2017. He was a member of the Cost Accounting Standards Board of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India for the year 2018.
He was nominated as Director on the Board of ICSI Insolvency Professional Agency. He was the Chairman of Placement Committee, PMQ Committee and Direct Tax Code Committee of the ICSI for the year 2018.
