Job Description/Skills Required
- To ensure direct tax compliances for Flipkart Wholesale (Walmart India entity) vertical – in particular, monthly and quarterly TDS & TCS activities along-with allied activities, preparation & filing of periodic statements etc. To support tax notices, assessments, disputes To perform monthly & other period tax accounting activities such as tax entries, reconciliations etc. To work closely with various stakeholders and business partners To work on impact of changes to law – introduction of new legislation, amendment of existing laws etc. Professional Qualification- Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant Additional professional qualification (nice to have)-LLB, Company Secretary Skill set required Expert knowledge DT laws and working knowledge in IDT laws Thorough experience of extracting data from ERP and in-house tech systems Ability to work in high tech environment Very high standards of integrity and work ethics
