Job Description/Skills Required

  • To lead, develop and support the team, plan the workflow and identify and implement process improvement plans in order to ensure that the team can deliver an effective and professional service to the client in line with relevant policies and procedures while meeting the SLAs. Professional Know-how Academic: Graduation (in Commerce) Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in accounting or financial services,1-2 years in managing a team Working Relationships Internal: Team Members Client/Capita U.K Support functions External: Capita Group Cost Center ManagersIAGGBS Suppliers/Vendors Primary Responsibilities Monitor real time workflow to plan work schedule as per the SLA requirement and the volumes forecasted; Measure and review performance and productivity of the team and provide one to one feedback to ensure high quality and accuracy; Conduct weekly calls with the client to understand expectations, provide feedback and reports and resolve queries or escalations; Monitor and investigate breaches to ensure that the sub-process functions in accordance to the pre-set deadlines, procedures and service standards; Measure and improve quality of the process by implementing process improvement plans and lean projects on a periodic basis; Manage team absenteeism, attrition, attendance, breaks and conduct; Participate in the recruitment of new team members as and when required; Co-ordinate with the transport/ IT team to resolve issues related to the shift; Implement the rewards and recognition budget; Conduct quarterly performance appraisal for the process associate (s) and provide feedback; Conduct process training, multiskill training and refresher training for the team members; and Prepare periodic MI report for the client and risk and compliance team. Has supervisory or people management responsibility, with a particular emphasis on maximising the performance of those that work for them. Is responsible for an element of business unit performance e.g. sales targets, customer service levels. Champions TCF among team ensuring it is built into all relevant objectives.
