Job Description/Skills Required

• Manage the common mailbox of the ensuring timely acknowledgement, response, and resolution of the originators’ requirements
• Ensure no slippages and bringing all requirements to logical closure
• Proactively seek the right information from the requester and ensure that requirements are routed to the right team members
• Take regular updates from the team members on the progression of the requests, expected closure timelines, and consequently updating in the respective trackers
• Error free Utilization and Monthly and periodic reporting
• Coordinate with the team leads to seek relevant information in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage reporting independently along with workflow management
• Perform quality, editorial and logical checks on the inputs received while preparing the reports. Follow through to bridge the identified gap
