Genpact -Management Trainee – Record to Report Job Description :
- DTDF accounting ( AP & AR accounting) and clearing related interface rejects, Holds, Clearing IBS Rejects, IBS Holds, GRNI cleanup, Past Due followup
- Ensuring weekly DTDF COE metrics on processing volume and quality are met
- Perform closing and reporting activities as per the schedule
- Working and interacting with affiliates across the globe on DTDF disconnect resolution & exception management
- Perform Intercompany reconciliations on a monthly basis and resolve open items from previous recs.
- Coordinate with Bank team in resolving Bank recon open items arising out of intercompany activities
- Active participation in global review on disconnect and aged items resolution
