Job Description/Skills Required

  • Managing the Front desk and handling all calls/ visitors politely
  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
  • Answering and directing calls to concerned staff members.
  • Completed and maintained visitor logs as required.
  • Maintaining Stationary in office area.
  • Proficient in computer operation in MS OFFICE (EXCEL) and other basic tools
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Supporting HR functions such as handling the housekeeping, support staff and drivers for the smooth functioning of office.
  • Coordination with other departments and office and finance managers.
  • Maintain daily & Monthly statistics
  • International and domestic travel management / arrangements and coordination with travel agents, hotels.
  • Guest house and hospitality management
