Job Description/Skills Required

  • Support the Acquisition teams in offer letter management, and candidate onboarding
  • Audit pre-hire documents of the candidate and ensure compliance and approvals are in place as per the defined hiring matrix
  • Manage candidates on Application Tracking System
  • Be the checker for all offer documentations and ensure compliance
  • Handling New hire Payroll inputs and other allowances
  • Candidate status reporting with high quality and accuracy mailbox management, analyze various reports for effective follow-up with the stakeholders on the key elements of the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with all the other team members internally and with other groups within Recruiting Services to drive for quality and SLAs on all deliverables.
  • Generate offers using ATS Avature as per SLA and guidelines.
  • Adhere daily targets are met for offers
  • Ensure Offer Letter Compliance
