Job Role or Description

• Branch Head : This position is responsible for providing leadership to the sales and operation of the branch, ensuring compliance and achieving the financial goals of the branch. Candidate has to ensure effective team building as well as management, foster a positive environment and also ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. 1. A bachelors degree, preferably with a master’s degree in Management. 2. Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in branch banking in similar position, preferably with a private sector bank. 3. Leadership quality and team building skills 4. Thorough knowledge of features and benefits of bank products and services 5. Age limit is 40 years Assistant Branch Head: Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in branch banking and a thorough knowledge of banking operations and services are required.(Age limit 30 to 35 years) Branch Sales Manager: Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in banking / NBFC and a thorough knowledge of banking products and services are required. (Age limit 30 to 35 years) Customer Relationship Officer: Minimum 2-4 years of work experiences in sales and cross sale. Good command over Local language and English will be preferred. (Age limit 25 to 30 years) Current Account Officer / Teller : Minimum 1-6 years of work experience in branch banking – CA and a thorough knowledge of banking products and services are required. Responsible for sourcing NTB CA and fulfilling any leads from designated catchment. Age limit 30 years
