Vacancy Details :

Job Description:

• Banking / Treasury Operation and dealing with multiple financial institutions for various activities for short and long term funding.
• Relationship with banks & statutory bodies for smooth business operation and working capital requirements
• Liaising with Banks with respect to Reconciliation/renewal of loans, submission of quarterly/ annual reports/documents to bankers.
• Review of appraisal, approval/sanction, documentation, post disbursement compliance, unit Inspections
• Knowledge of banking regulations with respect to various forms of funding like working capital, project finance, bridge loan etc.
• Analysis of information memorandum, bank assessment notes and replies to queries raised by the bank / FIs.
• Checking project feasibility, CMA Data, Trend Study, Ratio Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis
• Preparation of the credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business,industry, management and financials.
• Review of Due Diligence and Valuation Reports, Balance Sheet splitting,handling queries of due diligence auditors.
• Dealing with rating agencies for the rating of various companies of the Group
