  • Book Hygiene/booking of expenses Real time booking of expenses/ optimum utilization of SAP/booking of expenses Booking of all expenses on real time basis, taking accurate provision, ensure working in SAP, reduce manual & excel based working, selection of accurate GL/cost Centre/profit Centre/business areas/automation in SAP Automation Process
  • Automation Ensure that MIS preparation is automated to find end to end actual profitability and develop various reports from SAP to avoid process inefficiency and timely reporting. Forex Forex & Other Hedging Responsible for making risk management MIS to avoid matching concept mismatch. Stock Stock Analysis & Reporting Ensuring proper reporting of stock at various stages and doing mark to market on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis MIS MIS Responsible for preparation of overall MIS of the BU and doing variance analysis within agreed timelines Budget Budgeting Ensure that a robust budgeting process is developed for tracking actuals vis-à-vis key parameters.
