Job Description/Skills Required
- Have a sound knowledge of Letter of Credit Operations i.e. Opening of LCs, Bill Lodgements with Banks, Acceptances, MIS, etc. Bank Guarantee Issuance / Extension / Amendments as per the client requirement SBLC issuance & Rollovers, obtaining Interest quotes from Banks / Treasury team, Co-ordiantion with banks for issuance & query resolution Preparation of MIS for tracking of Non Fund Based limits utilization Obtainging Quarterly Balance Confirmation Certificates from Banks for Statutory purposes Vendor Payments including Forex remittances, co-ordiantion with CA for certificates for A2 remittances, etc. Co-ordination with Techno-commercial team, ABEX, Banks, etc. for timely execution of the transactions and query reslolution Timely submission of LC/SBLC Payment letters with banks and Co-ordination for timely LC payments on respective due dates To reconcile the NFB O/s limits with Banks / ABEX on monthly basis.
