Enough blabbering. Let’s find out what all books in the market can help you in preparing for CA Final Law exam.

  2. Bare Act: Full proof formula to success in law. It won’t just help you in clearing the exams but will also help you in developing a knack for this subject for a lifetime. If you want to make a career in Corporate Law or Economic laws, study from the bare act. But do remember, you need a lot of patience and a lot of time. And if you do it once, your ability to interpret law will be far better than anyone else.

The main book comes in question-answer format and covers the entire syllabus thoroughly. The handbook is a summary book which contains charts, tables and paragraphs wherever necessary. You don’t need anything beyond these two materials. If you are someone who doesn’t want to go through the hassle of preparing from Study material, go for Munish Bhandari’s books.
  4. Arpita Tulsyan’s Handbook: This book has emerged in the market since around 3 years and has really captured students’ hearts. The simplicity of handwritten book has its own leverage over a text book. Arpita Mam has covered everything relevant and her question bank serves as a big help in applying the law studied.
